KVKK CLARIFICATION TEXT

1. SCOPE

This text has been prepared to inform our users in Turkey in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. DATA TRANSFER AND EXPLICIT CONSENT

In order to perform the Frompose.ai service, your personal data (e-mail and transaction security data) is transferred to secure cloud servers located abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. By using the platform and purchasing credits, you give explicit consent to this international transfer.

3. YOUR RIGHTS

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK; you can exercise your rights to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion via the address hello@frompose.ai.
