Your data is processed by Nimbolic LTD (UK) as the data controller, within the framework of global privacy standards and UK GDPR.

2. DATA PROCESSING AND PRIVACY

Visual Data: Images you upload are processed only during the production process and are deleted from temporary memory once the process is complete.

AI Training: Frompose strictly does not use user data or generated outputs to train, develop, or improve AI models (Google Gemini etc.).

Cloud Infrastructure: Your data is processed in secure data centers with international security protocols on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase).

3. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Payments: Payment transactions are managed by Stripe. Your card information is not kept on our Company servers.

Analytics: Anonymous usage data is collected through Google Analytics to improve user experience.
