TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between Nimbolic LTD (“Company”), incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, and the user (“User”) utilizing the services offered through the Frompose.ai platform (“Platform”). By accessing the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. SERVICE AND CREDIT SYSTEM

Credit Basis: The service is offered through prepaid credit packages. The usage period for purchased credits is limited to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Expiration: At the end of the 60-day period, unused credits are automatically deleted by the system. The User cannot request a refund, exchange, or time extension for expired credits.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

User Input: The User warrants that they own all ownership and copyright rights to the images they upload to the system.

AI Output: The Company transfers commercial usage rights of the final produced images to the User. However, all legal responsibility regarding the lawful use of the outputs and non-infringement of third-party rights belongs exclusively to the User.

Marketing License: Unless otherwise stated in writing, the User grants Frompose an irrevocable permission to use the produced images as "case studies" in promotional and marketing materials.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company gives no guarantee regarding the aesthetic quality, realism rate, or commercial success of the content produced by artificial intelligence. The Company cannot be held responsible for data losses that may arise from technical malfunctions.

5. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales are authorized for potential disputes.
