REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. DIGITAL SERVICE EXCEPTION

Since our service involves "instantly delivered digital content" and "computing power allocation", there is no right of withdrawal for purchased credit packages. Refund requests are not accepted once credit usage has started.

2. TECHNICAL FAILURE CASE

In the event that credits are deducted due to a system error but an image cannot be generated, compensation credits will be defined for the User following a technical review.

3. CREDIT EXPIRATION

The usage period for purchased credits is 60 days. Unused credits will automatically expire and be deleted after this period. We do not provide refunds or time extensions for expired credits.
